Adam took GREAT care of me putting in a used transmission, and clutch and then coming in on the weekend to make sure it got done by the next Monday. I've also bought wheels and snow tires from him, had a wheel bearing replaced and countless CV axles replaced and his quality of parts and customer service is second to none.
Been seeing Adam and his crew here for many years. They are top notch in knowledge and repair rather than replace units. Sterling at the front desk is very professional and communicates well.
Northwest Rally Sports was a simple and enjoyable experience. I took my 2014 outback here because they're specialty in the make came highly recommended. They had a guest lounge area where I sat and completed office work done as I waited. Take your car here, confidentially knowing you're taken care of.
Great shop! Awesome service, and super knowledgeable about the Subaru product line. If you have any questions or are thinking about a project you want to do with your car, they are really good about helping you with different ideas about how to achieve your goal! I highly recommend this shop to every Subaru owner!
I got my alignment and corner balance here. Wonderful service, fun staff to talk to, and fantastic help on making the right decisions for my evo.
Quick and great service. They built my motor and stood by their work 100% every issue i had they were quick to get it back in and fixed. Super friendly and honest people. Definitely the only shop tbat i will take my car to.
They are good to my Subaru and good to me! I never feel like they're trying to up-sell any service on my car like they do at the dealership in town. Plus, the couch in the waiting room is excellent!
Our 2000 outback sedan had finally had a bad head gasket at 180,000 miles. 2 days of work head gasket, timing belt and kit. Great work, fair price and a quick repair. A+ service👍
Moving To the PNW from Southern California makes it hard to find a good place to take your Subaru. What makes the search even more difficult is when you have a modified Subaru. The guys here are very knowledgeable. I feel it’s important to have trust in the people you leave your car with. I completely trust NWRS with my car. There’s nothing better then having the piece of mind knowing your car is in good hands.
Adam at NW Rally Sports is easily the best Subaru mechanic/shop (and auto shop in general) I've ever had experience with.
He's worked on our '98 Legacy GT for quite a few years now, and he's the reason it's approaching 240,000 miles and still going strong.
My first experience with him was for a head gasket replacement, and his prices were well below other shops had quoted me. Right from the get go I knew I was getting straight, honest information on my car.
Since then I haven't looked anywhere else.
I definitely recommend him for any Subaru needs, from simple to complex and I would not take a Subaru anywhere else.
